Shipping policy

In order to reduce costs to our customers, we provide combined shipping.  We usually ship within 3-5 business days of received payment, unless it is a pre-order and then it with ship once received.  We offer free shipping on all orders.  We have live sales on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, pre-orders & wall drops in our VIP group and our online website orders.  Invoices are due by 5pm EST on Friday of each week.  We ship orders ton Saturday morning.   If you do not pay you invoice, it will automatically cancel after 5 days.  If you pay your invoice after Friday 5pm EST deadline, if will be shipped the next business day after payment is received.  If you need an item shipped sooner, reach out to us via email shopsouthernthreads@gmail.com to make arrangements.
