RETURN POLICY

You have seven days from the day you receive your item(s) to notify us and seven days to send back the return for STORE CREDIT.   We ask that you look over and try on items immediately, in case there is an issue with your item.  

DAMAGES: If you item is received damaged upon arrival, please include that in the below information, and if you would like an exchange for the same item or store credit. Please provide pictures of damage.  If the item is out of stock, we will refund you in store credit.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.   To start a return, the buyer can contact us at returns4st@gmail.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, undergarments and hats.)  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

ALL CLEARANCE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS: Any items purchased 20% OFF or more are FINAL SALE. This includes any orders placed during our Holibration Sales, Black Friday Sales, Cyber Monday Sales and End of the Year Sales.  WE WILL NOT CANCEL ORDERS OF FINAL SALES ITEMS, once purchased.

RETURN TO SENDER: If we receive a package that is returned to sender (returned to Southern Threads) due to being undeliverable because the address is incorrect, we will do a return on the items and refund you with store credit less shipping.

REFUNDS:  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will give you an in-store credit towards your next purchase.

The buyer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
